Return and refund policy

In accordance with French law and European right of withdrawal, Slinkivain accepts returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions required for an accepted return

The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, with the packaging intact and all seals in place. The request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Products not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened or unsealed: wigs, bundles, closures and frontals that have been opened, tried on or installed.

Return procedure

Submit your request via the contact page, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
